Fell & Sell Achievements: The 97-Achievement Progression Roadmap
How the 97 Steam achievements reveal the game’s real progression tracks: crafting, trading, weapons, dungeon floors, Prestige, Comfort and boss milestones.

Steam currently reports 97 total achievements for Fell & Sell. The useful thing is not just the count — the achievement tracks reveal what the game expects you to do repeatedly.

What this tells you about an efficient 100% route
Do not leave the long grinds until the end. Weapon-kill and sales ladders are easiest when you rotate categories while playing normally. If you only use one weapon for the entire game, you can finish the story/progression and still face hundreds of cleanup kills with the others.
The same applies to shop categories. Selling weapons, armor, alcohol, magic, bone, and Bloodstone items all have separate milestone lines. Keep those categories moving instead of dumping only the single best-selling item.
Achievement data is not a world database
A common launch-week mistake is reading the thresholds too literally. Three boss-kill achievements do not prove there are only three unique bosses. Floor 10 being the last floor achievement does not prove the dungeon ends there. Achievements tell us the milestone, not necessarily the cap.
